Brinjal Curry recipe

  • Take 250g small brinjals. Wash and cut them lengthwise.
  • Take 1 medium sized potato (optional) and cut it into four cubes.
  • Add Rural Hot mix.
  • Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add water and allow the brinjals and potatoes to cook.
  • Check for salt and red chili powder. Add if required.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

A deliciously hot Indian curry is ready to eat!
