Kasuri Methi Are Dried Fenugreek Leaves. It Is Used In Indian Cooking For Taste. Typically The Leaves Are Crumbled And Sprinkled Over Dishes Before Serving. The leaves are the kasuri methi herb and the seeds are the fenugreek spice. The kasuri part of the name comes from the Kasur (or Kasoor) region in Punjab where fenugreek grows wild.
