- MDH garam masala powder
- Lime juice
- Yoghurt
- Boneless chicken thighs

How to prepare
- Mix pepper, yoghurt, lime juice, MDH garam masala, tandoori powder and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken inside the mixture and marinate for at least two hours.

Preparation method
- Spread vegetable oil around the cut chicken pieces; afterwards, add ground cumin, MDH ground masala, kosher salt, ground coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cayenne pepper, black pepper and smoked paprika in a bowl. Mix well before dipping the chicken pieces into the mixture.
- Cook the chicken with butter-ghee under high heat for ten minutes. The chicken should turn brown on both sides. Set aside once ready.
- Place chopped onions in a pan with oil. Cook the onions for five minutes under medium heat before adding tomato paste. Stir for a few minutes before adding both ginger and garlic to the pan.
- Stir for a minute before adding the crushed tomatoes to the pan. Pour in chicken broth and coconut milk once the tomato boils. Reduce the cooking heat and leave for fifteen minutes.
- Add the red pepper flakes to the mixture. Cook for another fifteen minutes and season with black pepper and salt.
