Prized for their cool and refreshing coconut water, green coconuts are the pre-ripened, younger sibling of the more familiar-looking brown and hairy coconut. During the ripening process, the outside of the coconut darkens. 

Green Coconuts, also known as young coconuts, contain lots of water, packed with electrolytes and micronutrients! Perfect for when the weather is hot!

As the coconut ripens, its inside turns from water to coconut meat. 

Chill in the fridge for at least two hours if you would like the coconut water to be nice and cold!
