One of the best gluten free chapati flour i have used . I have made thepalas and parathas with these too . You have to make them fresh n literally for best results have to be eaten straight from tava to plate . It becomes harder once cold n stale . Thank you motherland , hope you can improve the receipee to make it better . Highly recommend it , i use it nearly every day to make phulaka and they fluff up well .
