Products not received

I have not received my order. The delivery company has confirmed that they are still waiting to receive it from you. I have emailed on numerous occasions. I have left telephone messages on numerous occasions. I would be glad to review these products as soon as you send them to DPD for delivery. I appreciate you were moving warehouses but some responses to my emails would have been helpful.
