Spotty skin and uneven sizing

The mangoes were semi-ripe and with black spots. One was the size of a medium potato and the other like a plum. Not a good standard and won't buy from you again. They get around giving you a refund by asking you to cut up all the mangoes and send photos. Now I "vote with my feet" - I go somewhere else!
